The Universal Declaration of human Rights was promulgated on December 10 of 1948 in Paris.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights consists of a preamble and 30 articles enshrining individual civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of each human being. The individual’s rights must therefore be divided into two broad areas: Civil and Political Rights and on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Each year H.R.Y.O sponsors at a local level a major event called “H.R. Anniversary “inside of which is builds up a large informal network of organizations and participating associations.
