🔹 MANIFESTO FOR MEANINGFUL SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND JUSTICE FOR WOMEN
For social development to be just, it must serve women — all women. We demand action:

  • Put women at the table. In every decision that shapes their lives.

  • Guarantee access to essential rights, services, and resources.

  • Build spaces that are safe, inclusive, and free from violence.

  • Erase economic inequality — close the gap.

  • Dismantle gender stereotypes and oppressive cultural norms.

  • Practice intersectionality. Embrace and protect diversity.

  • Listen — without judgement, without interruption.

  • Create networks of trust, care, and community resilience.

  • Ensure legal support and local access to critical services.

      1. Make it accessible — to everyone.

Five intense days of activities, reflection, and dialogue!

During the Training Course: Social Development Practice for Women Rights, we explored gender inequalities, looked at how cities are designed (and for whom), and worked with participatory methodologies that empower communities to shape their own social development.

All through a lens of gender perspective and social justice. 💜

After 5 days of Training Course: Social Development Practice for Women Rights, together with 20 participants from across Europe, we co-created this Manifesto for Meaningful Social Development and Justice for Women.
🌍 A document born from dialogue, listening, and collective action among people committed to social justice.

📣 The manifesto reflects 10 crucial points we believe are essential when working on women’s participation in social projects:
