Il Servizio volontario europeo (SVE) permette ai giovani di andare all’estero per partecipare a progetti di volontariato.

I volontari dell’ SVE si impegnano a lavorare per un’organizzazione all’estero. I progetti possono comprendere molti tipi diversi di attività in settori quali l’animazione giovanile, le attività culturali, l’assistenza sociale o la tutela dell’ambiente. Si tratta di attività di volontariato non retribuite e a tempo pieno.

I risultati ottenuti e le competenze acquisite durante il soggiorno all’estero sono certificati dallo Youthpass, uno strumento di riconoscimento valido in tutta Europa.

Chi non ha ancora partecipato all’SVE può consultare un pacchetto informativo che illustra cosa aspettarsi e fornisce informazioni sullo Youthpass e sulla copertura assicurativa prevista.

Le attività di volontariato durano da un minimo di 2 settimane a un massimo di 12 mesi.

The European Voluntary Service (EVS) enables young people to go abroad to participate in volunteering projects.

EVS volunteers are committed to working for an organization abroad. These projects may include many different types of activities in areas such as youth work, cultural activities, social or environmental care. This voluntary work is unpaid and full-time.

The results obtained and the skills acquired during the stay abroad are certified by the Youth Pass which is a valid identification instrument throughout Europe.

 

Those who have not yet participated in EVS can consult an information pack outlining what to expect and providing information on Youthpass and the Insurance Coverage.

By accessing the Erasmus + online language support, you can learn the language used on the spot.

Duration

Voluntary activities last from a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 months.

The EVS is available in neighboring program countries and partner countries: which entails that you can do volunteer work also outside Europe.

Conditions

To participate you must be aged between 17 and 30 years.

Financial support

All essential costs for the project are covered. Transportation, food and lodging will be provided. You may also receive a small amount of money for personal expenses.

All volunteers are covered by insurance while abroad.
